1940年代に米軍にて採用されていたM-43パイルライナーを再現。

M-43パイルライナーは、野戦用のアウターとして開発されたM-43フィールドパーカのライナーとして採用されました。

前線の部隊への供給が始まったのは制式採用からおよそ一年後の1944年。その翌年である1945年には終戦を迎えたということもあって生産数が少なく、魅力的なデザインと相まって希少なコレクターズアイテムとなっています。ライナーでありながら単体でも成立するデザインで、メインのアウターとして現在も人気の高いアイテムです。

身頃全面にはケアのしやすいアクリル製のファーを採用。シンセティックファーながらも実物のアルパカの風合いを再現しました。デザインを特徴づけるフードには実物以上のボリューム感のあるリアルファーを贅沢に使用。質感・ボリュームともに高いレベルの仕上がりとなっています。

細部に至るまで忠実にサンプリングしつつも、単体での着用を考えてパッチポケットを左右に追加しています。
