DATESEVENとは宮城の7蔵元、勝山、墨廼江、伯楽星、山和、萩の鶴、宮寒梅、黄金澤が集い、一つの酒を造り上げるプロジェクト!リーダー蔵と各蔵の担当工程を一年ごとに交代し、7年間毎年ひとつの酒を醸します。6年目となる今年は、寒梅酒造がリーダー蔵を務め、地元宮城県大崎市に実ったササニシキで酒造りに挑みました。華やかな香りと、爽やかな酸味を特長に、ササニシキの性質を活かしたすっきりとした味わい、豊かな味わいを7つの蔵の最新の酒造技術を屈しして引き出しました。
